hh77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the hh77 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorized by you.

All financial transactions on the hh77 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). hh77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed within the hh77 cashier section and are subject to change.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.
• hh77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hh77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other Players.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any hh77 content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on hh77 content.
• Use hh77 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by hh77.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used in the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of hh77 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by hh77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh77 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Technical errors, software malfunctions, or data loss.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by hh77 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms.

The hh77 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hh77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit hh77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

hh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's payment provider.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under hh77's Responsible Gaming program.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification procedures.
